When will you actually start hiring?
Our first contracts are targeted for Q4 2026. When they land, ready-to-deploy list members get first calls. That's the point of the list.
What does "not hiring today" mean?
It means we don't have work to give you right now. Being on the list is not employment — it's a commitment that when work exists, you're the first person we call.
What's the pay?
Discussed individually per assignment. Pay depends on the contract, hours, and site. We're competitive with Hampton Roads market rates for DCJS 01E work.
Do I have to be a veteran?
No. Veterans and law enforcement backgrounds are preferred, but not required. Reliability and professionalism matter more than any single credential.
What if I already have another security job?
Perfect. Being on our list doesn't require you to leave anything. Take Majesty assignments when they come and continue your current work in between.
What if my DCJS status changes?
Let us know. We'll update your record. Renewals, temporary suspensions, or category changes — just keep us informed.
